READ Resource Detail - Interdependencies/Subsystems and Relationships Help

Overview
The Interdependencies/Subsystems and Relationships tab page allows a READ user to enter or view relationships between information resources. For each relationship, an information resource can be identified by clicking the binoculars and searching for it by name or acronym. If the related information resource is not found, the user may request the creation of it (through the link on the Home page). Once the request has been submitted, the user may create the relationship and choose the unapproved new information resource.
